The fee per therapy session is $165. Fees are payable at the beginning or end of each session by cash, cheque or e-transfer.
Currently sessions are offered in a virtual format over the phone or video platform.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check with your employer.

Confidentiality
Therapy sessions are completely confidential unless you share thoughts of harming yourself, someone else, you share concerns regarding child abuse or neglect and in cases when records are subpoenaed by court.
